(DALLAS – July 3, 2023) Affiliates of a Reno, Nevada-based real estate firm known as Hughes Private Capital, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection related to the firm’s sponsored investment funds. Hughes Private Capital, Inc. is not affiliated with Hughes Capital Partners, LLC (or “HCP”), a Texas-based Limited Liability Company, or any HCP investments.

Recent bankruptcy filings for Hughes Private Capital do not impact any HCP investments, clients, or investors.
