Acquisition of The Bluffs at Midway Hollow, a 473-unit luxury multi-family property located in Dallas, Texas

(DALLAS – August 17, 2021) Hughes Capital Partners and Nicholas SunTX RE Partners II have acquired The Bluffs at Midway Hollow, a 473-unit luxury multifamily property located in Dallas, TX. The acquisition marks Hughes Capital Partners’ first acquisition since the firm’s launch in April 2021.
